 Tom Fitzsimmons and Carlos Machado partnered to form Jericho — two engineers with over 40 years of combined experience in South Texas, West Texas, Wyoming, and deepwater Gulf of Mexico operations. Both founders have operated assets through multiple commodity cycles and bring a hands-on, owner-operator mentality to every project.
